Due to Covid there are no film nights planned in 2021.
Film Night is run by The Eversden Society (Helen and Micah Edwards) but it’s open to everyone in the Eversdens and surrounding areas. Newcomers are always welcome. Entry is £5 on the door or pay just £11 for 5 films by joining the Eversdens Society. We provide nibbles to enjoy during the film and free tea, coffee & biscuits are provided after the film. Ice creams and popcorn are sold in the interval.
We show a mix of films that are new DVD releases, old favourites, comedy, Oscar winning films, action and drama. Contact Helen Edwards with any questions about Film Night (see below). We are not allowed to advertise the film titles here due to a licence restriction but we can notify Eversden Society members.
Doors open at 7:30pm, film starts at 8pm at the Village Hall, 4 Chapel Road, Great Eversden, CB23 1HP.
Seating is cabaret style as it’s better for socialising. We use tablecloths & have tealights for atmosphere. Wine glasses are provided, bring your own drinks.
We welcome volunteers to help with set up, serving the tea and coffee and clearing up after the film.
